Condolences
Dear Lynn,
My apologies that the caption I included with the photo of David in the brown shirt with his son & me, did not post (and I think the caption is important for context). Here is the caption:
This is a family picture from February 1996 (David was 19 years old in this picture; our boy was a little more than 1 1/2 years old here; I was 20 years old).
What beautiful chapters and seasons one life can hold (the above picture is only one chapter of David’s life, and the next chapter was the longest chapter of his life: you and your precious girls). I hope you will post family pictures of David, you and your precious girls too.
What remains after death is the ways that life touched so many others ... his children are his living legacy.
I’m continuing to hold you all in my heart and thoughts for continual support and love through out your grieving process, knowing that grief is not linear and doesn’t get “better” one day after another - anniversary dates, birthdays, holidays and death anniversary dates can each put you back to square one. (And I’ve learned to plan support in advance for those dates).
I’ve found that allowing the heart, mind and spirit to grieve is not easy to do. I hope you all are journeying with your grief in a Good Way, surrounded by the love and support you deserve.
Shared with deep love and condolences,
Sam Beltram
My condolences to you Lynn and to your girls. Dave was a beautiful soul; much too young to leave so soon. I will always be grateful to him for our son, David White-Beltram. I would like to share a picture of him, taken shortly after 1994 when our son was born.
I was so sad when I got the news that he passed and had no idea of how to reach you and express my condolences, otherwise I would’ve reached out sooner. I kept praying & praying and I just found this loving obituary tonight. May many blessings continually shower down upon you and your girls.
With deep condolences and love,
Sam Beltram
