Kim was a Big Valley Tribal Member and Elder, born and raised in Lake County.
She is survived by her husband, David Mitchell; children, Lydell, Jeffrey, David, Marvin, and Felicia; siblings, Doyle Fred, Troy Fred and Trina Gomez; many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Traditional Native American Visitation will be held at Kim’s residence starting on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Graveside Funeral Service will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
