Loa L. Booth Heaven gained an angel on June 17th, 2022 as Loa L. Booth, of Lower Lake lost her four-year courageous battle with cancer. Loa was born in Santa Monica, CA, 1950, to Paul and Lois Beard. She was raised on Chicopee Street with her sister. It was there that she met the first of many lifelong amazing friends. She moved to Lake County with then husband Nick Wittman in 1972. She raised her daughter Brandy Wittman and son Wade Wittman in Lakeport, where she continued to build friendships with many wonderful individuals She was employed in various professions over the years but the one she loved the most was being a Mary Kay Cosmetics Consultant. Besides spending time with her family and friends over the years, Loa was part of Abate /loved to ride Harley Davidson Motorcycles, cherished her Hawaii trips, visits to Carmel, loved finding deals on jewelry, and enjoyed redecorating her house. Loa had an ability to sense when someone needed her help, and her laugh was infectious. She touched many lives with her generosity. In addition to her children, Brandy and Wade, Loa is survived by her sister, Karen Johnson; daughter in law, Shirelle Schaefer; and her grandchildren, Wade Jr., Camera and Delilah Wittman. Loa was predeceased by her parents, her husband; William (Bill) Booth; and grandson, Axel Wittman. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Hospice Services of Lake County, precious friends Lori Santos, Debbie Wing, Sandi Jenkins, Linda Wilds-Beltz, Feather Booth, Barbara Barton and angel Nicole Parrott for their wonderful care and compassion during Loa’s illness….without their help, the task would have been insurmountable. A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday August 13th at 10:30am at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary 1625 N. High Street, Lakeport, CA 95453 The family asks that you pay kindness forward in her memory. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
