Kevin's advocacy for the safety of all communities was legendary. He traveled countywide to promote and start neighborhood watch programs and in Lucerne I'm sure many people rested well knowing Kevin was on patrol. I loved having Kevin as a guest on KPFZ, Voices of Lake County - many, many times. And we'll never forget the time he and his buddy chased down a guy he caught stealing in our studio.
