Having grown up with my cousin, there are many memories. Holiday dinners, birthdays and camping.
When camping he was a wonderful fisherman and usually we would wake up to him having trout for
our breakfast. In Kentfield there was the San Anselmo Creek and would fish there with a branch with a line and hook he made for us. All of that area was open space and could play in the tall grass. On a few New Year's Eve's when my sister and I were little he watched out for us as parents went out. One year we took the old metal sprayers and filled with water and had a great water fight. Plus not only in Kentfield but San Anselmo and Napa. When he went into the Marine Corp on the first Christmas Holiday, we sent a locker full of cheeses and salami, cookies, fudge even an Angel Food Cake all packed with popcorn. They were in on a battleship waiting to see if they were going into the island of Crete. So his whole platoon sat around this locker eating and singing Christmas songs. So many wonderful memories. He will be missed by all of us.
